Confirmation Class 2002!

This class went through 12 weeks of rather rigorous training taught by Rev Mac. Per Rev Mac, "The goal for confirmation is discipleship. We want to enable our youth to closely resemble disciples of Jesus, through their lifestyle, beliefs and values. We are also interested in our youth knowing more "about" Christ; we want them to know and FOLLOW Christ. Therefore, confirmation must be more than the elementary mastery of a few facts about Jesus, about church history and about the Bible. Confirmation must be about giving people the equipment they need to be faithful disciples and modeling that discipleship for them."
