Also, dinner in the Fellowship Hall before and sand volleyball after!
On July 11th, our youth missionaries held a special banquet in honor of those that financially and prayerfully supported our mission trip to Mexico. About 140 enjoyed a Mexican banquet catered by TexaStar, pictures of the trip, a video presentation and personal accounts by some of our missionaries of how this trip affected their lives. It was a wonderful evening of fellowship.
Thank you, Mission Trip Supporters!
First of all, we’d like to thank the parents for allowing their children the opportunity to reach out and help others through Christ.
Secondly, we’d like to thank our stockholder’s for allowing us to be their instruments of aid and education by helping to fund our mission.
Thirdly, we’d like to thank our missionaries for the eternal impact that they have made on the families we built houses for and on the children of the colonia for whom we taught VBS.
Lastly, we’d like to thank our Father in Heaven for allowing us this opportunity, not only to reach others with His Great Commission, but to reach ourselves as well. We can’t tell you how exciting it was to watch God reveal His plan to us as the week went on. With each passing day, we grew closer in completing our houses for our families, we grew closer in completing our message in VBS, we grew closer as a family in Christ and we grew closer, individually and corporately, to God.
What an awesome week it was!
On July 7th, our youth hopped on the bus and took of to the Dell Diamond to watch the Express game. The evening was fabulous and capped off by an awesome solo by one of our own youth singing Independence Day by Martina McBride! She brought the house down!

Six young men were baptized in Lake Travis on Sunday, June 27.
The youth and their families gathered at the Lakeway City Park to enjoy an evening of fun, food and worship and to witness their peers as they were baptized. It was a fabulous evening!
